  • 2 x two-and-a-half-hour pre-retreat Zooms with Jenni facilitating a Fembodiment™ self-hypnosis process to explore a wholebrain experience to set your health, mindset and well-being goals for the duration of the Ayurvedic retreat to gain optimum results and the change that you desire. You will also receive a guided audio of the self-hypnosis to use daily during the retreat to support relaxation and your embodied change. Dates TBA

  • A pre-retreat group meet and greet Zoom 4 weeks before the retreat to answer any questions you may have. Date TBA
