Can you imagine what it would be like when you might need to choose between a peaceful walk in nature, enjoying a swim in the pool, a replenishing, pampering massage treatment or curling up with that book you have been hanging out to read, at one of the best Ayurveda wellness resorts in southern India?

Maybe it really is the time for you to make some chill time and take care of yourself in a deep, and lasting self-caring way, with a holistic and ancient system of health that creates lasting change and rejuvenate your mind, body, and energy.

What is Ayurveda all about you may be asking?

Ayurveda is a holistic system of medicine and healing that deals with the body, mind and spirit.

The Sanskrit term, “Ayurveda”, has two components: “Ayur” and “Veda”. “Ayur” means life or longevity, “Veda” means wisdom or science. Hence Ayurveda means science of life” or “wisdom for longevity”.

Ayurveda is a pranic system of medicine, which works to balance the body’s life energy. This is achieved by diet and different types of massage treatments all according to individual diagnosis of each person’s constitution and condition.

The processes include the pouring of herbal medicated oil and liquids onto the body, individualised herbal medicines and maintaining a supportive well-being environment, to process, nurture, heal and rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit.

For over 5,000 thousand years, Ayurveda has been a successful primary healthcare modality for millions of people in India and has become renowned around the globe, increasingly for European, Western and health-conscious travellers coming to India to experience Ayurvedic treatments.

Ayurveda is both a preventative and treatment of health and wellbeing that generates healing benefits such as:

  • Eliminating toxins from the body and mind.

  • Restoring constitutional balance and improves overall health.

  • Strengthening the immune system and resists illness.

  • Reversing the negative effects of stress on the body and mind, thereby slowing the ageing process.

  • Treating headaches, migraines, and sinus and throat problems.

  • Weight loss, psoriasis, spinal and back conditions, circulatory, inflammation, gastric, digestive, cholesterol and nervous systems.

  • Ayurvedic treatments produce an electromagnetic force in the brain to regulate the brain’s physiological equilibrium.

  • Helps fight insomnia, chronic headaches, stress, tension, anxiety, anger, rheumatism, asthma, and hair problems.

  • Take the next step to experience this incredible ancient system of healing and wellness, through purification and revitalisation. Experience one of the ancient wisdoms of India, that reflects your specific health concerns and needs with private doctors and therapists that are all focused on your personal wellbeing.

What you will walk away with at the end of this Ayurveda experience:

Why I love being able to offer this experience to other women:

I created this ultimate Ayurvedic time-out for myself 6 years ago when I had gone through a very challenging time in my life. Navigating an illness, my grief around losing both my parents within a few years, running a very busy practice and The Fembodiment™ Institute, and juggling marriage and motherhood all at the same time. I became burnt out and searched for a healing method that would holistically support my journey back to thriving aliveness. I found Ayurveda medicine, treatments and India, then my life and my health changed for the better. India is a hidden secret I love to introduce to other women. So much so that I offer this opportunity annually. I am grateful to be able to offer women a way to travel safely to India and I work closely with my travel manager/ travel agent to make this whole experience possible.

I now offer a small group of women the opportunity also to have this life-changing experience who know the value of putting their health needs first, value self-care, and the joy of just giving themselves permission to push the pause button, rest and deepen into their own rejuvenation.

Here is what I will be offering you:

  • As a clinical hypnotherapist and holistic therapist with over 25 years of experience, I will be offering you  2 x two-and-a-half-hour Zooms before you leave for India. I will be facilitating a self-hypnosis process to allow you to explore a whole-brain experience to set your health, mindset and well-being goals ready for the duration of your Ayurvedic experience to gain optimum results and the change that you desire. You will also receive a guided audio of the self-hypnosis process to use daily during the retreat to support relaxation and your embodied change. 1st Zoom is Monday 2nd September 7-9pm and 2nd Zoom in Monday 9th September 7-9pm.

  • A pre-retreat group meet and greet Zoom 4 weeks before the retreat to answer any questions you may have. This will be Monday 12th August at 7-8.30 pm.

  • A telegram private group to stay connected for updates and questions before and during your stay in India.

Expect to gently realign your mind, body and soul.

Expect an opportunity to come home to YOU! That part of you that has been longing for you to see it, feel it fully embody it and live it!

Jenni’s retreat was an incredible experience from start to finish. The daily massages and personalised treatments helped me to a much improved, cleansed and revitalised digestive system. Since returning home my health and the health of my business has benefited immensely. It was the perfect opportunity to go within and clear my mind and body. I highly recommend Jenni’s Retreats.
