Energetic intelligence connects us to the universal life force within and around us:
1. Body Awareness: Attuning to bodily sensations and rhythms.
2. Energy Management: Practices like grounding and centering to maintain energy balance.
3. Connection to Nature: Replenishing energy through nature.
4. Intuition and Inner Guidance: Listening to our inner voice and inner authority for alignment.
Erotic Intelligence
Erotic intelligence embraces our sensuality and sexual energy as vital parts of well-being:
1. Self-Exploration: Understanding our desires and boundaries.
