I used to feel out of balance, sometimes even overwhelmed. I often reacted to life instead of responding. I felt contracted inside and I longed to feel the expansion of my feminine heart and inner radiance.
This was my everyday living experience until I found The Fembodiment™ Method facilitator training which I have been embodying now for nearly a decade. Now my life looks so different in ways that have inspired me to support other women in their journey to living in thriving aliveness.

Would you like to explore how to use your sexual energy to activate feel-good hormones in your body and maintain a healthy inner relationship with yourself and then with a partner or even how to attract an extraordinary partner?
Knowing how to balance your feminine energy is an ongoing practice as life is always changing. With no awareness of your inner self, you may find it difficult to self-regulate your emotions. Exploring how to have a healthy awareness of what you may be feeling at any given moment can assist the body to feel more joy and openness to feeling pleasure potential.
Understanding your body’s female energy system is liberating!
It's part of the experience to discover how to be more open and receptive to your pleasure and the pleasures life has to offer you.

Weekly themes, discussions, guided processes and practices.
A private Telegram group to ask questions, and share insights.
1 weekly group Zoom call where each woman can share, ask questions or receive one on one reflection with Nicci.
Emailed downloadable handouts.

Your class themes dates and times:
Tuesday's 7 pm till 9.30 pm
1st August - Week 1) Feminine and Masculine embodied inquiry. New ways to align and balance these attributes.
8th August - Week 2) Self-regulation process and practice for emotional resilience. Moving from contraction into an expansive and receptive state.
15th August - Week 3) Reclaiming your inner power. Re-connect your heart and womb space.
22nd August - Week 4) Feminine energy alignment practice. Creating expansion in your body to cultivate your receptive potential.
29th August - Week 5) Finding your authentic voice both physically and energetically.
5th September - Week 6) Moving from just living physically to enjoying the fullness of being a receptive woman energetically.
Who is this course for:
For women who are 25 years and beyond. All the Fembodiment™ practices are taught in a grounded and dogma-free approach. Practices are done fully clothed. Nicci is committed to simplifying and facilitating the Fembodiment™ methodology in a sex-positive, inclusive and trauma-informed way. Your agency and consent is always respected.

I use a video-conferencing interface called “Zoom”. Once you booked and paid for your place in the program you will receive an email with the ‘link to join’ via Zoom. It is REALLY EASY to use. You simply click on the link and follow the prompts a few minutes before class begins. (There is also an option to download the Zoom app on your smartphone. I recommend finding a safe private space where you can freely speak without interruptions. For your and the participant's privacy, these Zoom calls are not recorded.
This course is not suitable if you are in active trauma or have mental health issues such as BPD, psychosis etc. I facilitate the course from a professional space of authenticity and integrity with trauma-informed care. Your agency and consent is always respected. This course is for women 25 years of age and beyond.
