Fembodyful Movement offers a specially designed body-based movement practice for females that transcends the confines of traditional fitness, yoga or dance classes. However, the practical steps to achieve this may seem to have eluded you up till now. But I’m here now to offer you an opportunity to discover that embodying all the woman that you are has nothing to do with your age or your shape.
It’s more to do with how you feel from the inside out.
It's important to recognise that for many women, this skill of fully embodying their depth and operating as a feeling woman may not have been part of their upbringing or societal conditioning. It doesn't mean that we are broken or flawed individuals; rather, it points to a lack of guidance or education on this essential aspect of womanhood.
Navigating this path on your own can undoubtedly be challenging. Without a clear roadmap or guidance, it's natural to feel uncertain or overwhelmed. But rest assured, there are ways to explore and discover this profound way of being.
It begins with self-exploration and a willingness to embark on a journey of self-discovery and how to feel safe(r) in your body.
I can support you through these movement sequences and practices such as female somatic movement, mindfulness, breathwork, primal sound and healing embodiment meditations to help guide you to cultivate a deeper connection with your body and access the full spectrum of your feminine frequency.

This movement practice is a culmination of over 30 years of personal experience in singing, dancing, and performing in musical theatre, my professional studies as a women's restorative yoga teacher and my training in breathwork, embodied somatic therapy and Taoist female vitality practices. As a woman of a certain age, I saw the need for a movement practice that suited a woman's body as she approached midlife. Particularly to transition through peri-menopause, menopause and beyond.
These classes are not suitable if you are pregnant or in active trauma or have mental health issues such as BPD, psychosis etc. Jenni facilitates the classes from a professional space of authenticity and integrity with trauma-informed care. Your agency and consent are always respected. Classes are designed specifically for women in midlife and beyond.
What to bring to class:
Bring your yoga mat, small blanket and pillow, water bottle and small sheepskin rug if you own one.
Wear something that you can easily move in like yoga pants, or leggings. Bring a shawl or something that makes you feel feminine.
The class duration is 2 hours.
